Not loving it?
No problem. We want you to be as happy with our stuff as we are and will gladly offer an exchange only on the item providing that the below conditions are met.
- The item is returned in original, saleable condition. This means unused, unaltered, with all original labels/tags attached.
- The item must NOT smell or altered in any form other than it was originally received. Please take care when opening your items on delivery or pickup.
We take pride in sourcing out the highest quality books so you can have the best read possible. Despite our best efforts, things can go wrong so if you believe the book you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have purchased an item in error, please notify us immediately through the contact us page within 1 business day from the order date, we will be able to stop the shipping and provide an exchange or issue a refund.
No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind, unless the product is faulty, so please choose carefully when making your purchase.
Items may be refunded if it is returned as-received to us within 30 days of delivery of goods.
Please note, no changes or amendments can be made to an order once it has been shipped out, and shipping fees are non-refundable. For more details checkout here.

Faulty Items
If your product is faulty, please contact us ASAP with pictures and a detailed description of the fault.
Wrong Item/Damaged Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, or the item is damaged, please contact us with a photo within one week of delivery. We want to make sure you’re happy with your books!
For any of the above reasons, the item/s will need to be returned to us. Please do not return any items to us without contacting us first!
For an easy-peasy return, please keep the following in mind:
- All returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery of goods and AFTER having contacted our team.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method and can take up to 14 days to be credited back to you.
- Allow for up to 14 business days for delivery back to us.
PulaarBooks recommends that you send via Registered and Pre-Paid post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. PulaarBooks will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
